Delivery Policy

All orders are subject to product availability.


If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the number of items ordered, and in addition, your order may be delivered in separate shipments.  

Additional taxes and charges  

Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value-added tax, customs duties, and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.


  • We ship within China only.
  • Whilst we aim to ship as quickly as possible, please allow up to five (5) business days for us to dispatch your order. Please contact us if a timeframe for delivery is important.
  • Estimated delivery timeframes most countries and regions wide  are 3 -10 business days for regular Parcel Post.(Our Postal Code is 523750).
  • Due to the possibility of variables in mail service, some orders might take longer to be delivered (ex.4~8 weeks). 
  • In the case of any item ordered online not being available for shipment we will notify you with a timeframe or alternative options. If these are unacceptable to you a refund will be given.
  • Orders upon delivery will not be left unattended unless an authority to leave is checked by you during the checkout process. The liability for opting out of signing for your shipment will remain with you.
  • We cannot be held responsible for loss, delay or damage by express company or courier. Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If an order arrives damaged, or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with express company or courier. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit. We will however provide you with all the necessary information to make your claim.
  • Once shipped a tracking number will be issued to the email address provided which will enable you to track the progress of your order. Please enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been received, and your order dispatched we cannot alter the address, and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend.
